LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost package investigations are handled by the shipping organization, at the direct request of the customer. PicoArmor will supply all standard documentation and tracking numbers directly to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to forward this information to the shipping organization.

Domestic orders over $100.00 and international orders over $175.00 that ship via First Class Mail will ship for free during our promotion. Shipping for Canadian and other international orders is now handled through the shopping cart system. Sample packs will continue to include prepaid shipping. during this promotion. SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders for which all items are in stock are shipped within two business days of ordering. Special orders and orders for items that are out of stock may take up to four weeks before shipment.
