GENERAL
Items are usually sold unpainted and unassembled. Figures are now available assembled, painted, and based on a limited basis. Figures from Oddzial Osmy can be ordered at quantities less than a package. They are normally provided pre-packed by the manufacturer.
CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE ORDERS
Customers will be sent written confirmation by email that their order has been received. Confirmation that an order has been received does not constitute acceptance of that order. Customers that provide an incorrect email address will not receive written confirmation. Orders that have an incorrect email address and which do not also include a contact telephone number may be canceled. PicoArmor reserves the right not to supply items where errors arise in the price.
LARGE ORDERS
We offer a 10% discount for orders over $200.00. This applies only to Oddzial Osmy and buildings. These orders may take 4 weeks to ship. Large domestic orders ship free via parcel post; other shipping methods are billed at cost. Large international orders ship via first class mail; other shipping methods are billed at cost. These orders are handled outside of the shopping cart system, and are paid for in advance with a personal check or money order. We have a spreadsheet which may be used to order.
OUT OF STOCK
While we strive to keep deep inventory in all products, we do, occasionally run out of particular items. These items may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. At the placement of an order, should a product be out of stock, we will contact the customer via email and offer another product of the same price to be substituted, refund the price of the out of stock item, or back order the item. Back-ordered items may be shipped with a subsequent order at no charge, or shipped separately when it becomes available. If shipped separately, the shipping will be billed at cost.
SAFETY
The items on this site are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. The items on this site are not toys. O8 miniatures contain no lead. They are a zinc-aluminum alloy. These items may have sharp points, which can injure if handled incorrectly.
SALES TAX
Illinois customers will be charged sales tax. It will be automatically added to the cost of the order.
