Description
Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21
The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 (Russian: Микоян и Гуревич МиГ-21; NATO reporting name: Fishbed) is a supersonic jetfighter aircraft, designed by the Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Bureau in the Soviet Union. It was popularly nicknamed “Balalaika”, from the aircraft’s planform-view resemblance to the Russian stringed musical instrument or ołówek (English: pencil) by Polish pilots due to the shape of its fuselage.

Beautifully modeled as always and the right dimensions, but a much smaller plane than you think it would be.

At 23mm, the MiG-21 is indeed dwarfed by many aircraft it’d likely come head to head with. Nicely detailed, only minimal debris left from the casting process on the right side of the nose; a quick filing or sanding fixed them up easily. Used across many warsaw pact forces, araba states among others, a great addition to your mini air-force
