GENERAL
Figures are available assembled, painted, and based. Items are usually sold unpainted and unassembled.

Figures from Oddzial Osmy can be special ordered at quantities less than a package. They are normally provided pre-packed by the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Large orders can take up to four weeks to arrive in the USA. PicoArmor aims to fill special orders within four weeks, subject to shipping delays. Expedited shipping can be arranged, but the additional shipping and handling costs will be added to the cost of the order.

Special orders are placed via arrangements made prior to the placement of the order. Please email to john@picoarmor.com to make these arrangements.

OUT OF STOCK
Orders for figures that are temporarily out of stock may take up to four weeks to fulfill.

PicoArmor will advise the customer via email if figures are out of stock. This email will include which items are out of stock, expected delivery date, and ask if partial shipments are acceptable.

CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ORDERS
Customers that cancel a special order are subject to a non-refundable charge of 30 per cent of the order value.

CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE ORDERS
Customers will be sent written confirmation by email that their order has been received. Confirmation that an order has been received does not constitute acceptance of that order. Customers that provide an incorrect email address will not receive written confirmation.

Orders that have an incorrect email address and which do not also include a contact telephone number may be cancelled. PicoArmor reserves the right not to supply items where errors arise in the price.

MAIL ORDER
Customers that order by mail order must provide full payment details relevant to the method of payment. For card payments, PicoArmor needs to know the card number, expiration date, and three-digit security number.

If full details are not provided, the order will not be processed.

SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders for which all items are in stock are shipped within two business days of ordering. Special orders and orders for items that are out of stock may take up to four weeks before shipment.

POSTAGE, PACKING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs within the USA are based on current USPS rates. All other rates will be estimated upon request, and calculated upon receipt of order. All orders are FOB Bartlett, IL USA. Originating Zip Code 60133. For reference please see the following link to the USPS: http://postcalc.usps.gov/

Domestic orders are sent by standard Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available upon request, and is added to the cost of the order.

Shipping costs to Canada are based on current USPS rates. All other rates will be estimated upon request, and calculated upon receipt of order. All orders are FOB Bartlett, IL USA. Originating Zip Code 60133.

Domestic orders under $150.00 typically ship for $5.00 via USPS Priority mail. Canadian orders under $150.00 typically ship for $17.00 via USPS Priority mail.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost package investigations are handled by the USPS, at the direct request of the customer. PicoArmor will supply all standard documentation and tracking numbers directly to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to forward this information to the USPS.

SAFETY
The items on this site are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. The items on this site are not toys.

White metal items may contain lead, which is dangerous if chewed or swallowed. White metal items may also have sharp points, which can injure if handled incorrectly.

SALES TAX
Illinois customers will be charged sale tax. It will be automatically added to the cost of the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
PicoArmor will not replace figures that are damaged in shipment. Shipping damages must be pursued by the customer through the USPS. It is important that customers preserve the original packaging because it is required in any claim made against the postal service.
